To avail of Vivo's extended warranty coverage, users need to register their device with the Vivo care application, which is readily available on the Play Store and the App Store. After installing the application, users need to sign up using their mobile number, name, and email ID.

Open vivoCloud, click Login . If you have already logged in your own Google account on your phone, you can tap Google account login  at the middle bottom of the screen, select your Google account to log in vivo account directly. Note: Google account login function is only supported on vivo account with 5.8.
