Yes, the tower room has a nicer bathroom (bathtub vs only shower) but other than that the room is very noisy, the cleaning people walking around with their walkie talkies and carts make a lot of noise and you can hear all of it, in the pyramid there are no rooms in front of each other so you don't hear them at all.
